I really recommend uBlock Origin (mind the "Origin", there are others, this one is trully the one that is free and IMO the best). Get it here, scroll down and go to the install section.

I don’t see Safari install.

I've used Adblock Plus for quite some time now and so far it's been my favourite one. Here's the link.

You may need to go the development route, I just tested the Safari Extension website and it is redirecting to the App Store, and the Safari extensions are missing there.
