Ad Pop up Blocker?

I browse a couple forums where these annoying ads pop up from time to time. They are legit sites not spam filled or anything but is there anyway to get a Pop Up Blocker? If I perhaps was jailbroken?

Safari has a built in popup blocker. It's at Settings > Safari > Block pop-ups. As for Adblock, that's a jail break feature.
