For those of you who may be interested in adding regular watch bands to your watch, Adappt seems to have received an extension for their campaign. I wasn't going to back this originally, but now have with hopes they meet their funding goal. I find this solution much "sexier" than the others available.

This is a fixed funding campaign, so if they don't make their goal you WILL get your money back, unlike some other indiegogo campaigns.

Just thought I'd make mention if any others were interested in a nice looking accessory! Anyways, again, link is here: https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/adappt-standard-bands-adapter-for-apple-watch

I'll get one if they ever go to market, not too interested in funding another crowdsource though. Definitely looks better than the Click offering.

hoping they get the funding needed, definitely looks better than Click...

I funded last night..

This one can be bought now, but will take a few weeks to arrive. I just ordered one. For cheap you can only try.

Just a heads up... that's not a standard watch pin so you'll be stuck with bands that can accommodate a bar that thick. Most of the bands I see attached with this style third party adapter look specific to it.

Think the main photos are not what you receive (it's more a CAD design), looks at the actual description photos, and it has a normal watch pin.

Adappt should just give up already. They've raised 12% the amount of what Click raised. They started their campaign a month ago and barely passed 50% of their goal. GG.

I agree the progress is slow, however, their product looks leaps better than what Click is doing. I feel part of the struggle for Adappt is the fact they are restricted to IndieGoGo. I don't know about you, but I've always looked at Kickstarter as the leader in things like this.

Anyhow, while perhaps unlikely, I really hope Adappt makes it. Considering the fact that if they don't get funded I can get a full refund, I'm willing to take the chance and show my support. :)

I hope the AaadADapt campaign fails so that I can just get my money back. I changed my mind about a month ago after seeing the other less expensive options out there, and asked for a refund. They said sure - just give us your bank account number and routing number. I told them to go screw.

I really hope these succeed. I just ordered 2 of the stainless steel sets. I think this adapter looks much nicer than the Click.

How did you order two sets? Just placed two separate orders?

I placed an order for an aluminum set. I like the look of them a lot better than the Click.

However, with only 5 days left I'm wary it will reach its goal.

In a last ditch attempt to get funding, Adappt is offering a second adapter for 50% off if you back one at full price. I put in an order for a second aluminum one. If you already ordered one, this is a good deal, and if you were on the fence about ordering one, maybe this will convince you to order two.

Yes, I just placed 2 seperate orders. Unfortunately, I don't see it happening at this point.
