I'm looking at the 29160N for mac, made by Adaptec. There is also a 29160N for the PC. Does anyone know if the PC version will work w/the mac? By itself, w/a BIOS flash, or not at all?

I am just curious, I'll most definitely buy the mac version just to be safe.

I don't believe that you can flash it. It would definitely not work as is.

It may be out of production because they're pushing the 320s now.
 
Yeah, I figured it wasn't a good idea to try, so I'm getting one (Mac U160 29160N) off eBay. Thanks for the reply. :)
