I saw Allow this extension to read and change all your data on websites you visit:
What do I choose on click or on specific site and all site?

You would want to select that last all sites option if you intend to have adblocking on for every site you visit.
 
Hi Weaselboy, 2 of the sites it didn't work if I turn on the adblock. Can I change the option to the middle?

I think you would be better off leaving at all sites, then go into the settings and whitelist the two sites you had trouble with.
