macOS ADC Downloads are down, known mirror?

Gah, the ADC Downloads are down. I needed to reformat my mac and reinstall* but now I cant reinstall Xcode/SDK2.2.1(Hacked). 😡

Does anybody know a mirror that has a copy of Xcode 3.1.4 and SDK 2.2.1? 🙁
