Add a "rate my" thingy

OK, you know those weird "rate my gf" or "rate my cat" galleries and such?

How would I add one in iWeb.

I want to makea "rate my gaijinism" gallery, which is where ppl input their pics and have them rated a 1 to 10, 1 looking like a person who has lived in japan all their life, 10 looking like "that dude is a stinky lost tourist lulz" type.
