How do I add one of these to my iweb site?

screenshot20100905at184.png

In as simple terms as possible! And please don't be too generic as in "Create a new ____ then type..."

I'd prefer "Create a new ___ by going to ___ and selecting ___..."

Thanks!

Oh, if you can't tell me how to put on on my site, please could you at least tell me what it's called?

Try this:

1. Go to:

http://www.addtoany.com/

2. Hover the mouse to "Get the Share Burron" and chose "Website"

3. Chose the button type (by selecting "More" you get more options)

4. Fill in the page name

5. Fill in the page url (http://www.yourpage.com)

6. Click "Get Button"

7. Copy the html text provided.

8. Open iWeb

9. Select the page where you want to add the button (maybe your blog?)

10. In the menu select "Insert" (not sure, mine is not in english) then under "Widget" chose "html snippet"

11. Paste in the complete html code (from step 7.)

12. Drag the button where you want it on your page

Hope this helps?

Hm, that's not the one I want - the one pictured... Thanks for trying though.

Anyone else?

That's a WordPress plugin, so you won't easily be able to replicate that exact one. The WordPress plugin is called SexyBookmarks, but if you struggle with iWeb, you'd probably find it extremely difficult to integrate this as it is written in CSS.

It helped me. I didn't know about http://www.addtoany.com/. What a great resource. Thank you!
