Add an avatar

How do I give myself an avatar? I don't see an option to do this on my user control panel. Do I have to post so many times before it's available?

All you have to do is steal a stack of them from the newspaper boy as he begins his route. They accumulate quite quickly that way, and it's very cost-effective... 😀
