Add app’s to share sheet (suggestions)

Is there anyway to add an app to share sheet that’s not listed on the suggestion menu?

example: In the iPhone photos app - I would like to share photos from there, to an editing app that I downloaded from the App Store - but when I tap the share icon - the app that I downloaded is not listed as an option to share to. It’s not listed in the app suggestions also.

I guess my question is; how do I get certain apps to show up in the app suggestions menu so I can share to that particular app?

If I am not mistaken, the app must support the share sheet feature. You need to contact the developer of said app(s) and ask for that feature to be implemented.
