Add Contact to Home Screen

Does anyone know if you can add a contact to the home screen? I want to be able to push my husband's face and it dial the number. I was using tap2call and it no longer works (yes i uninstalled and reinstalled).

Only way is to code a simple webpage and save it as a web link.
