Add Existing Windows 7 to VirtualBox

Hi there,

I have an existing Windows 7 on my Mac that I load with BootCamp.

Is there a way to also add it to VirtualBox to I can quickly view it within my Mac OS X?

I know you can do that with Parallels, not sure about VirtualBox. I tried VBox today to run Windows 8, and wow is that a horrible piece of software compared to Parallels.
