macOS Add Files To Xcode FOLDER not Group

Hello,
I have a folder in Xcode not a group but I can't add files to it for some reason. I am using Xcode 4. Here is a screenshot of the folder in Xcode I am attempting to add files to so you don't get confused with groups: Is it even possible to add files to Folders??!?
