Any1 know of any program that can do this? I think I've seen it around, but I cant seem to think of the name of the programs.

Not quite sure if this is what you're looking for but I'd give it a look/try. SizzlingKeys. It will show the album artwork and song title, artist and your "rating". It can also control, ie. next/previous song, volume, rating, pause. Maybe more from your key board. Find it here: http://www.yellowmug.com/sk4it/

It's free too. Cheers

ByteController looks good, but still not working link-wise. Anyone got some other free reccomendations? I've also been trying to find a free iTunes controller for the menu bar. :) Thanks!

Nice find, exactly what I was looking for!
Pretty cool site (super OS X menubar items). Lots of interesting things. As for iTunes controller, I think they are missing the boat a bit by not even listing "SizzlingKeys". I looked at "Synergy" and it is/does pretty much what "SizzlingKeys" does however "SizzlingKeys" is free. I'll stick with SK. Cheers

I know this is a really old thread, but if anyone still wants iTunes menu bar controls, then you can check out Skip Tunes.

It's an app that I've created.
