Add Mic Setting To Privacy Mic Settings?

I have a very new version of Gemini AI that uses a separate app that works through Safari. My problem, I cant get Safari to show up in the mic section of the privacy section of settings. Any ideas how to add Safari or anything else to the Mic section of settings?

Give Full Disk Access to Terminal and run:

sqlite3 ~/Library/Application\ Support/com.apple.TCC/TCC.db "insert into access values ('kTCCServiceMicrophone', 'com.apple.Safari', 0, 2, 2, 1, '??', NULL, NULL, 'UNUSED', NULL, 0, 1774200228, NULL, NULL, 'UNUSED',0);"
