I'm trying to add an Exchange account on my Vision Pro. On my Mac, I go to "Internet Accounts" and add it there. On the Vision Pro, I don't see that option, so I'm trying in Apps-->Mail-->Add Account and choose Microsoft Exchange.

I then follow the prompts to enter my university email address and name it. When I pick on the option to "Sign in to your Exchange account using Microsoft" I click on the "Sign In" button and it goes nowhere. The text boxes where I type my "Email" and "Description" are there and editable but there are no other buttons to click on. I have to force quit the settings app to be able to go back in.

The other option is to "Configure Manually" but when I do that it keeps saying my password is incorrect (even though it isn't).

Has anyone successfully added an Exchange account to their Vision Pro? If so, can you tell me what I'm doing wrong?

I was able to sign in to my work Exchange account with no issues. We use the Microsoft Authenticator app for 2FA, and it worked exactly as it does when signing in on a computer (with the minor inconvenience of having to remove the headset in order to use FaceID to unlock the app).

Did you add your account through Mail?

When I try to add the account, the "Next" and "Cancel" buttons on this window go away and I don't get any prompt to verify anywhere. I have to force quit the settings app to start over.

Once I select Sign In, another window slides up with the standard Microsoft login page (I tried to take a screenshot but apparently that window is secure so it doesn't show up). I have had windows go missing at other times though, I would probably try closing all open windows and re-centering by long-pressing the crown. 🤷‍♂️

OK, thanks for confirming that the normal authentication box is supposed to pop up. It didn't on mine so I restarted the Vision Pro and this time it DID pop up and it's now working.

I was already on 1.0.2 and required a restart before the Microsoft authentication window would pop up.
