iPod add music from another computer

hi,
Our daughter and son in law each have PC's. They each have iPods with their own library of music. Our daughter's computer is getting fixed (I've told her to buy a Mac, but that isn't flying--just yet), anyway, she wants to add music to her iPod from her husbands computer. Is this possible without erasing what she has on her iPod and dragging everything he has from his iTunes over to her iPod.

I would think she could set up another user on his computer?? then download another iTunes and run them separately?? Is this an answer??

To the best of my limited knowledge, it's only possible if the iPod is set to have its songs manually managed. 🙂
