Add to Playlist option sometimes not there (Apple Music)

Hi,

Why is sometimes the add to playlist option not listed when you are listening on the radio?

Am I missing something?

I find it's not there in certain parts when searching etc. Sometimes you have to go to the track page for the option to appear. It's very inconsistent.
