Add Track from iTunes Connect to Library?

Some artists post good tracks to iTunes Connect that aren't otherwise in the Apple Library. I cannot seem to find a way to add one of these to my library. The only way to play it seems to have to search for it in iTunes Connect.

Example: search for "Magik Method" by Psychemagik in the Apple Library

It will find it in iTunes Connect, that is the only place it exists.
There does not seem to be a way to add it to your own library.

This is probably copyright related. The tracks/content in Connect is likely mostly made as promotion and not produced and released under their record compony contract.
