Has anyone been able to add the Upgrade Program after you received your new iPhone 7/7+ ? Wanted to know if this was possible because the upgrade program requires you to enter your Mobile/Cell information I couldn't do it since my Cell plan is under a business account.

From what I've seen the process goes hand in hand. You get approved for the loan and then your phone is activated by porting the number over from your old device or one is created if you want a new number or never had one.

If you get approved and don't port the number or activate a new number, the loan is actually not completed (citizen bank sends two emails, one of approval and one of terms, you only get the approval email if you don't finish the activation).

That said, I'm not sure if business line is out of the question for porting number. I'm pretty sure I saw business and consumer option when checking out with Verizon *but* I don't know if selecting business will pull out iup since both Verizon and Apple has business accounts and therefore you'd go through their business team.

I'm pretty sure you should, since business operates on ein (ssn for sole prop) and even though it ultimately falls back on the individual social I don't think citizen bank will allow it, the loan installment for personal is different for business (regulation wise)
