Maybe you didnt get my question. When you launch the activity app it has ONLY 5 workouts to choose from. I want in that section to add some of my favorites IF possible 🙂

Doesn't really matter what you use. All the Other algorithms are the same since Other is designed for general anaerobic or mixed aerobic/anaerobic workouts. Apple just added all the names to make people 'feel' better about matching their workout in the app.
Strength Training would be the closest 'name' to TRX training.
