Added a 2.0 GHz iMac...

And I was wondering if anyone else has one going and what sort of results they're getting.

I already have two other machines going (although right now, just one since I'm rendering on the other) and I'm curious to see how the dual 1.25 GHz G4 compares to my wife's new iMac...

I just started it today, so I have no idea. I'll see later next week how things go since I'll be putting my dual 1.25 back on the job after it finishes rendering this weekend.

I have a dual 1.8 and it gives about 100 to 150 points per dat per proc. I think you could match the same with the iMac. Have fun!

Does the iMac get loud if you fold on it 24/7?

My 1.8ghz iMac gets rather annoying, so I only use my PC...

When you set up folding, you can always set the cpu to use only 50% of its power (or whatever %). Then it shouldn't get that hot, and won't be a windtunnel!
