How much does the smart cover increase the iPads width? (the hinges specifically) Should I be worried that with the smart cover on - the iPad 2 won't fit in some sleeves?

My brother bought a sleeve case for his ipad2 recently and it doesn't seem to fit with his smart cover and TPU case. He obviously returned it back for a refund.

Why even bother to comment? He was seeking an answer and not a rude comment that has no value to the situation.
As far as the size increase, I would assume you will be fine in every aspect unless its a really tight sleeve like that of the first iPod nano.
Relax - it was not meant to be rude...the cover is negligible and will fit in any sleeve made for ipad2...
