Added Features on Desktop

Looking at the December Desktops, I've noticed those interesting features like the temperature (guessing it's using zipcode coming off a website?) and other stuff like that. I've seen it before (new to mac), just curious if there is a site to download those types of features.

PS: Didn't use the search function because I had no clue what key term to use.

I should add that Konfabulator-like widgets will be available as part of 10.4, a.k.a. Tiger. Once Tiger arrives, Konfabulator will be redundant, for the most part.

If you'd rather have a little icon in your menubar instead of a widget on your desktop, you could try something like Weatherpop
