iPhone Adding a parent without sharing a credit card

Hello,

Until now my family setup was:
me : my icloud account
my wife : her icloud account
Any purchases made by one or the other was available with family sharing

My wife and I split up
1 - I set up a child account on my iPad and gave it to my daughter with my credit card
2 - i manage her purchases
3 - I made my ex-wife 's account a parent so she too can manage our daughter's purchase

Now my wife bought an app on her phone and it showed up on my credit card

Is there a way to make my ex-wife a parent without activating family sharing ?

You can turn off purchase sharing under the Family setting
