Is anyone else experiencing this issue in El Cap's Disk Utility?

Adding a partition and then resizing it on the right creates two partitions instead of one.

Uh, since this user clicks cancel, not apply, it is hard to say if it is a really existed bug.

If this user could click apply, and see the result, I think this may be better.

This is what happens when you click apply.

Ok. This IS an issue. I have seen this once, and this issue forces me deleting time machine backup partition to get a single partition to save data.
