iPhone 15 Pro Max Adding Applecare+ Issues?

Anyone else getting errors when trying to add AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss to your new iPhones? I was trying to add the monthly version instead of 2-years and it didn't work by Apple Giftcard, 2 apple pay cards, and 1 physical card. So like on the Physical Card I have 3 pending charges. On my email, i get 3 emails that say that payment was declined. And I just NOW got an email saying I got AppleCare...

I'm going to have to call tomorrow...

Anyone else getting issues?

I had this issue with my previous iPhone, I even called Apple, they were also unable to add monthly instalments. Seemed like a convenient bug to force people to pay the once-off fee. I think it's definitely broken.

Worked fine for me a week ago. Took AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss with monthly payment.

I have not had any issues on adding Apple Care +. Hope your issue resolved from Apple Care + Support Team.😊

I had no issues adding it to my 15 PM or AWU2. Hopefully they get you taken care of.
