I am considering purchasing a Macbook
I was wondering if the drivers are already pre installed on the macbook
for my Cannon Pixma MP620.
If you have a Macbook I was wondering if you could check to see if they
are pre-installed.

This would be great help for me as I currently have a PC
and I am probably going to make the switch to Apple, I just want to make sure my printer would have the drivers pre-installed on Mac to save me time.

Since Apple sells this printer, it is highly likely some drivers are pre-installed and it should work fine, however Canon may still have some extra drivers to let you do more, and may have plugins or some features may be Canon drivers only.

So yes it will work, but Id get the drivers from Canons website and install them myself.
