Has anyone found a flow for adding apps from different regional app stores? I'm a full time nomad, and one of the biggest pains is not being able to use local apps for things like Parking or Payments. I know I could create multiple accounts and have one for each region, but I have effectively "everything" based on my US region apple id. I know sideloading might be a thing with 17, but its sounds like thats not happened yet, at least from the threads here. But I also think that only lets you do it if the company PROVIDES it for sideloading, right?

I do not think this is officially possible. However, not sure if you are already aware but you do not have to keep switching between your iCloud account on the iDevice. You only have to go to Settings > iCloud Account (presumably on the very top with your name) > Media & Purchases and log out of your Apple ID (this does not log you out of the iCloud account on said device) and then log in to the other appleid. I do that with my Mexican and German AppStore all the time while my main account is from the US store. Your apps will also update just fine without having to switch to those stores each time.

Basically what I do is just quickly switch to store X, download the app I need and then switch back to my main account, no need to log out of iCloud

I do it the same way as the poster above, it's surprisingly unobtrusive most of the time except that sometimes it does additionally prompt you for your Apple ID password when updating apps.

I do that too with my Swiss and US accounts, it works well and rarely prompts for an additional password.
