iPad Pro Adding icon to a Shortcut on the iPad Screen ?

I have a Shortcut installed to disable Wi-Fi and I think I have been able to drag it as a Icon on my iPad Pro screen where it is residing besides other APP I want to assign some icon to that Shortcut. I saw it somewhere on the Internet on YouTube on how can you select any Picture from the Internet and have it as a App logo on something like this. I dont seem to remember it. Can anyone please tell me how to do this ?

Guys I am not sure if this is what I am looking out for. The one that I am talking about involves downloading the desired image from internet or something something on those lines. What I am looking out for is change the icon of the shortcut that I have dragged on my iPad Pro screen.
