Adding invite to a public folder for a conference room?

I have created a new calendar in Entourage and we have the Kerio Mail Server for Entourage. I want to be able to invite the Conference Room calendar to an event so that we are able to book the conference room for that time. Normally, when you invite someone you just type in their email address and it puts it on their calendar. How do I invite the conference room when I do not have an email address for it? HELP!!!!
