Adding memory

Do you guys know if there are any options for adding memory to the iPhone? All I have found is this:

Is there any sort of case that take this same concept with a micro SD card that you guys know of? Sorry for the random question, but 16 GB just isn't enough and I don't really want to buy a new iPhone.

Sell your current and buy a new one.
