Adding podcast release dates.

I have seen on many forums that a lot of people have the same issue as myself with the "Release dates" of podcast I just need some help on this, yesterday I spent about 5 hours downloading programs and trying to add the release date, all to no avail. Can someone give me a method that will actually work.... with so many on the web I started going crazy!

Fingers crossed this forum might come up with the goods for once.

Same problem here, havent yet found a solid solution.

3 of the episodes i added manually have release dates and the other 100+ do not, so i am convinced the release date info is attached to the MP3 file, rather than itunes database.
