Adding RAM... +4GB to existing 2GB

Good morning all...

I've read other threads telling me to put 'new' RAM onto Riser A and Apple RAM onto Riser B. While this seems to be an excellent suggestion, I do have one point of confusion. My Mac Pro came with 2 GB of RAM (BTO) and has two 512 sticks on Riser A, and two 512 sticks on Riser B. If I add an additional 4 GB RAM (2x2GB), how should I arrange the sticks? The 2x2GB on Riser A and 4x512MB on Riser B? 2x512MB and 1x2GB on each riser?

Any thoughts or suggestions?
