How do I add a custom Sidebar Item that displays the last items I've worked on, on my entire system?

I.e., instead of searching for files within directories when uploading or etc. I'd like to tap a Sidebar Item and see EVERY file sorted by most recent edited, opened, saved. etc..

    Thanks in advance!

Northern Europe in the middle of nowhere
In the Finder menubar, Click File, New Smart Folder. Click the little plus button on the right side and choose your settings. Then click save!
