Adding Undo to the Mac Mail toolbar

Is it possible to add the Undo option to the Mac Mail toolbar? Is it possible to add any menu item to the Mac Mail toolbar that I want?

The toolbar can't be customised past the default additions. But it's only cmd+z to undo

Sadly you can't undo the "send" button either

You are very limited with what can be undone in mail. As said cmd+z is quick and easy enough,
