adding videos to iPhone

I have a number of videos that i would like to put on my iPhone and am aware that they need to be in a mp4 format. Can someone advise a good (free hopefully) software to do this for a pc?

Videora, DVDfab and Handbrake...ones I use.

I have used Handbrake, which is good, but I also like MPEG Streamclip.

When i had a pc i used videora.

I believe Handbrake and MPEG Streamclip are also available for PC, for that matter.
