Hi everyone,
I have a setup question regarding the Apple Pro Apps Bundle (Final Cut Pro, Logic Pro, etc.) across two machines.
I own an M1 MacBook Pro and recently bought an M4 Mac Mini which came with the Pro Apps Bundle pre-installed. On the Mac Mini, the apps came loaded with a bunch of extra assets right out of the box—like specific titles, effects, transitions, and generators. However, when I downloaded the same apps onto my MacBook Pro from the Mac App Store (using the same Apple ID), those specific pre-loaded effects and titles are missing.
  1. How do I get these missing effects/titles onto my MacBook Pro? Are they part of an extra downloadable package inside FCP/Logic, or are they exclusive system assets tied to the factory-preinstalled version?
  2. How do I safeguard them for the upcoming macOS release? I plan to do a completely fresh, clean install of the new OS on my Mac Mini when it drops. Since the Mac Mini won't have its factory image anymore, how do I ensure I get these exact pre-loaded titles and effects back after formatting?
