Address Book London

So most (probably all) of my UK contacts in address book are from London and when I choose the UK format for the address there is a space for the county and if I dont fill it in there is a gap in the middle of the address.

Is there is a way to remove the county field?

I'm a bit picky with stuff like that too, just put another part of the address in there, spreading it out from where it should be, it wont make a difference.

But is there any way to make a new "country" called London?
