Address Book not syncing with iCloud

I'm logged into my iCloud account on my MacBook Pro and for some reason all of my contacts aren't in my Contacts on my iPhone or iCloud.com. The only solution I can find is to export each contact individually and import them online. Is their any other way?

So I did a manually export and import. It sucked but it looks like that was my only choice. Lesson learned!

Next time just open Adddress Book, open Preferences>General>Default Account> Select iCloud.
