So, with the Christmas season upon us, it was about time for me to enter in all my contacts into address book.app on my shiny new MBP.
I entered all the data in for everyone (addresses, spouse/partner name, the whole works). Everything I had on everyone is in there.. that part worked great.
Then came the weirdness. I went to print out mailing labels for a few dozen people to send Christmas cards to, and found out that addressbook.app is (for example) printing a label for Bob and Alice Smith without any problems (Bob is the contact, Alice is set as the spouse and doesn't have her own vCard).
Here's where it gets weird. I try to print another label for Charlie and Dawn Jones, and it only shows Charlie Jones on the label. If I browse to Charlie's card, then ctrl-click on the spouse field, is asks me if i want to "Show Dawn James" or "Show Dawn Young" (those two Dawns being other contacts of mine, while Dawn Jones is NOT a contact).
Any ideas what might be happening here?
