Addvice on buying new IPhone 6s from Apple

Even if you were concerned, they have a serial number identification check you can utilize on Apple.com.
The battery issue (that Apple acknowledged) was only on some devices shortly after release last year.
We have 3 iPhone 6s at my house that are having the battery issue and are NOT on the "list". All were manufactured between Oct-Nov of last year. We will see how Apple responds. It's a bigger problem than they are acknowledging.
I just bought one from T-mobile last week which got affected by the battery issue and is on the list.

Just an example: the one I bought a year ago (December 2015) from Apple was also affected. They're dealing with it now as I traded it in last week.
Yesterday I bought a IPhone 6s 32GB Space Grey and lucky it is not affected. It is a birthday present so I feel very relaxed now.

I'd imagine the battery issue affects the 16GB models as the 32GB variant launched at the same time as the 7/7 Plus.
