Just use an app that blocks ads on your computer and phone. I use Adguard Pro both on my Mac, iPhone and Android phones. Ads blocked, no monthly fee, done.

That is what I do now but was looking for a alternative incase Adguard Pro has to remove some features 🙁

I've read their FAQ page and it appears that this works over WiFi only and not when WiFi is disabled on a phone. Once you turn off your WiFi, you will start seeing ads.
