I decided to put the AdGuard mini browser extension on Safari 26.5.2. I keep getting a popup the AdGuard crashed. I don't want the dmg version of AdGuard because from what I read if you want to uninstall the dmg version it's a PITA. Also I do have lifetime licenses for AdGuard which I added to the AdGuard mini browser extension. With or without the license it still crashes. I sent a Support Ticket in a few weeks ago and never heard back from them. Anyone else have or had this problem?

I got tired of the crashes on Safari today. I uninstalled AdGuard and went back to 1Blocker Premium (Lifetime) which works flawlessly with Safari. I'll use AdGuard on my Firefox browser which I hardly ever use but it works. I Just got tired of waiting for AdGuard Customer service to reply. I wish AdGuard kept their forum open where things got done fast.

This happens All. The. Time. with AdGuard on my MacBook Pro and it’s driving me crazy. I have a paid family license.

Never happens on my other Macs.

I thought I installed via standalone DMG? Is there some other option I might have used?

I hear that if you install DMG version, if you need to uninstall it's a PITA. You leave files behind with the DMG even with the instructions from AdGuard.

@BeatCrazy I received an email from AdGuard Support on my Trouble Ticket on this Browser Extension Crash. I was getting crashes on Version 2.2.1.1053. They have released a new version 2.3.0.1091. They reported that this may solve the crash problem. I've just installed the new version and testing it out now. Hopefully no more crashes with the new version. I'll report on the findings.

Well, that didn't take long. The updated version 2.3.0.1091 crashed after a few hours of use today. I sent in another Support Ticket on the latest crash.

Thanks for testing, really hope this can be resolved.

My only solution to fix(?) this is literally a complete wipe of my MacBook Pro. Just deleting/re-installing the app doesn't help.

After many crashes with the new version 2.3.0.1091 I decided to uninstall AdGuard Mini from the Safari Browser 26.6.1. I'll wait for AdGuard Support to contact me. I've sent them a few crash reports. Hopefully they can solve this crash problem. I've installed uBlock Origin Lite as a replacement.

I got an email from AdGuard Support two days ago about the new version still crashing. They stated that they will continue to work on a fix for this problem. Hopefully the next version coming out will fix it. (Fingers & Toes Crossed 🤞🤣)
