Adium - copying groups etc from one Mac to another

Hello there 🙂

I just sorted my 200 or so Adium contacts (MSN, ICQ) into all sorts of groups.

Is there a file that allows my to copy this setting from one Mac to another?
Does anybody know if this can be done?

I would like to avoid having to do all the sorting again on my 2nd mac..
