Adium (Instant Messenger app)

I am currently using Adium so I can consolidate all my accounts into one.
However, it does not have a webcam feature. Is there another program you can recommend to me that does all of the above. I am sad. I couldn't chat with my friend.🙁

Go look for aMSN. Or Skype - which is the better solution of the two IMO. aMSN connects you to the MSN network and allows video chat over that. Skype uses its own system.

Look for the "mebeamintegration" plugin for Adium.
