Hi.

I'm using Adium (http://adium.im/) as my MSN app on Mac. But I have this weird problem, and I don't understand why it happens.

Everytime i open Adium, an old chat with one of my freinds opens along, even though I have never set it to open with Adium.

How can I make the windows stop opening when I open Adium? It's kinda annoying.

UPDATE
It did not work...

Is it possible that it could have been caused by an action with that one contact? I mean, Adium only opens that only window (and the list of contacts).. ?

I also encountered the same issue you've described. To stop displaying the last message, I set the following in Adium preferences:

1. Check the box for Log messages option
2. Check the box Show recent messages option
3. Set the show recent messages to "0"
4. Uncheck the Show recent messages option
5. Uncheck the Log messages option

After doing the above, the old chat message should not display when you open a new chat window. Hope this helps!
