I'm just wondering if there is a way to adjust the exposure of the camera when taking a picture? I hate how depending on where I focus with the camera will determine what the exposure level is like. I want to manually adjust it myself. Is this possible?

I also don't like the spot metering being tied to focus.

You'll need another camera app. I have King Camera & Camera+ and both of those apps separate the focus and exposure functions.

Actually there is no way to adjust exposure manually other than changing focus point. Any add-on will only let you adjust the image after the fact. Camera+ works pretty well. 😎

Maybe in iP5. 😀

That's incorrect. Camera+ will allow you to move the spot metering separately from focus.
