Adjusting speed on page minimizing

I should be able to find this.... but I just can't lay my fingers on the info. I would like to change the speed that the pages flow into the dock when I minimize them. Hopefully I am not confusing anyone. When I first got my iMac I found the info for this,but cannot find it anymore

Hold shift while doing a minimize. Actually, hold shift during any OS animation, like expose.
