So I installed a new Novatel 3G card to use Virgin Mobile Broadband... the app installs and runs fine, detects the 3G USB,but when I click CONNECT to try to connect, I'm getting the following message:

"Type your password to allow Broadband2Go to make changes"

I type my password and it just goes back to the connect screen. To try and get more info, I click "Details" and I get the following message:

    "Right: system.privlege.admin"
    "Application: Broadband2Go"

I thought maybe it was a permissions issue, so I did a repair disk permissions, but that didn't fix the issue, so not sure what else to do. I know the card is functioning fine as I can use the OSX connection manager in network settings to connect manually, it's just the Virgin Mobile Broadband app which seems to be not agreeing with soemthing somewhere....

Anyone have similar issues or know what the problem is to be getting the error I'm getting?

    Thanks!

Did ever you make it work?

I spent more than 2 hours trying to make the application to connect, but I kept getting the prompt to enter the password.

Finally, I connected using the system preference->network.

    Thanks
